Forge Otomana con Almacenamiento de Cuero Sintético con Tachuelas 24"

Did have some trouble getting wheels to stay on. They give you a little wrench, but don’t tell you what to do.

Could have been a 5-star review, but 3 stars for the saga and terrible delivery process for the missing wheels: DAY 1 - Got the ottoman a few days early by FED EX, so that was nice. It looks good, but it is supposed to have casters, which were not in the package. No legs either, so totally useless. Bought universal threaded casters to try for a solution, but they don't fit (too big), and the frame seems too narrow for plate casters. Decent Home customer service has been excellent, with a quick response time (less than 1 day) and a replacement component is on the way. So far so good. UPDATE - While the customer service from Decent Home has been responsive, the solution is not acceptable. The shipper they used for the replacement part (UNIUNI) is slow, has terrible customer service, and not great tracking information–1 day from CA to NY, 5 days to transit warehouses from NY to NJ, and after a week, still no information about where the product is, when it will be delivered, and no supervisor to escalate an issue or find resolution. I am requesting a refund for the ottoman. Right now I have an ottoman with no legs, no casters, and no meaningful customer service. UPDATE - Decent Home customer service sent me a return label, thankfully, along with a note that the return/refund process will take slightly longer than usual, whatever that means. And why would they lead with that statement to a customer who is already dissatisfied? Update - the casters finally arrived the day before UPS return pickup, fit the ottoman, and they work properly. The ottoman is what it is, and for under $100 it is a good find; it looks good and seems well constructed. It isn't exactly soft on top, but good for resting a tray, etc. I needed a medium-sized ottoman on casters so I can move it easily, as this is a short-term fix to elevate my leg while recovering from surgery in a tight space. Not sure yet if it will work for that purpose. The padding on top is not exactly comfortable for my leg even with pillows. I really didn't want to spend more than $100 for this; this was 1 of 2 options on Amazon. The Decent Home one was the best size/$ for my needs. My Amazon basics ottomans ($79) are fantastic, but a little smaller than I need, don’t have a caster option, and I didn’t want to take a chance of ruining them by trying a modification. When the UNIUNI delivery finally arrived, I accepted the package despite having a return authorization from Decent Home and a scheduled UPS pickup. (UPS drop-off is the only return option. I paid for the UPS pickup.) I am cautious about continuing with the return, noting anther review says they never received their refund. To be fair to Decent Home, they were responsive and I have the product I ordered and all of its parts, though they might benefit from using another delivery service for components and rethinking their return/refund email copy. Should have stuck to my usual policy of only purchasing with delivery Amazon Prime or fulfillment by Amazon.

Made well and is a perfect match to my other furniture. Love it!

I am thrilled with this ottoman! The quality is excellent, it is very sturdy and holding up really well with my dogs. It's a perfect height for my sofa and the color is exactly as described. The padded top is very comfortable and the storage is an added bonus. The seller provided excellent customer service by emailing an acknowledgment of my order as well as the shipping information and it arrived early. I highly recommend this product and the Seller.

Ok hassock but a bit pricey for the materials used. The jury’s out on the durability of the “leather look” vinyl covering. Would have been nice if handle(s) were included on side(s) to assist with moving around.

ARRIVED AS EXPECTED. LOOKS GREAT FOR OUR TV ROOM.
