Defective but fixable

The product took only about a week to get to my house (1 star). I took the chance despite other reviews mentioning the defects. But once I opened the box, it was defective! The hinges were not intact. One side of hinge ripped through the fabric and the other hinge was not screwed on correctly. The soft close hinge was the root of this issue because of the distance of where it was screwed on. Since it was measured incorrectly, the other two regular hinges couldn’t be screwed on properly. Whoever builds these for this company is not doing a good job. Not worth the $300 which included shipping.
