Very good quality for the price. Texture reminds me of old-fashioned mohair upholstery fabric. Nice capacity storage inside. The first one I bought to help my 14 year old lab jump up and down off of our bed. Left the legs off to make it shorter. Works awesome for that by the way ! Then we decided to get rid of our 20 year old glass and iron coffee table and replace with 2 of these for a less structured look. Again, left the legs off. Love the bonus of extra storage.
