30-day returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email info@beringiainc.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll respond with return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
