The media could not be loaded. The color is beautiful-not shiny and bright royal blue, but more of a dark royal blue. The inside fabric for the spacious storage area is soft, and the outside fabric is not velvet but a very soft velour. The cushion is firm, and the bench itself isn’t super heavy, so moving its location is easy. While the description states a substantial weight capacity, I would treat it with TLC if you want it to last. There is definitely a slight flex in the center when one sits on it. For the price, it’s better quality than expected. It will be perfect for extra seating and storage in Mom’s assisted living!
The bench was light in weight letting me know it wouldn’t be very sturdy. But it’s not for company to sit on - just myself. Took 5 mins to remove from the box, 3 mins to install the washers and to screw in legs to the bench. The fabric is slightly stiff and the color is a a deep navy blue. The top of the seat has a diamond tuck design without buttons. The nail heads are shiny and appear to be a silvery brass color. Delivery was 2 days after ordering online. I like it but will keep the box for 1 week to make sure I don’t need to return it.
I was never a fan of buying furniture pieces online with out the touch and feel. This ottoman completely changed my view and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a similar item. Pros: 1. Super easy comparing to any traditional furniture buying experience - click, buy, arrive in two days with free shipping 2. 10 minutes assembling - no tools needed. pre-assembled and just need to put the legs in 3. Top quality for the price you pay for - I got the blue color. The fabric is bright and soft. I was expecting Ikea quality but it's way better and sturdier. The details are well made. 4. The storage room is decent - I fit two fluffy winter comforters in. Cons: Came with a little smell like most of the brand new furnitures. I aired it out in the living room for couple hours and it's gone. So no complain.

Exactly what I wanted!!! I bought it for my beauty room/office to go in front of a small sofa and for the storage! I absolutely LOVE. Super sturdy and functional! Wasn’t to big and wasn’t to small as it’s the perfect size for my space!!! Arrived a day earlier than expected also!
You can definitely sit on this item, I am pregnant and have gained a bit of weight. It takes my weight fully, which makes a great place to sit to put on shoes or take a rest. Lol The height is perfect for this. It is soft, made of good materials, a sturdy. The top has enough cushion to keep me comfortable at over 7months pregnant. The hinges are already done for you, so no fiddling around with that. The feet are the only part that needs installing, which is easy to do. It looks great, and sits at the end of the bed perfectly.
